		<description>Ironically enough, there are grammatical errors in the above account.  

For instance, it states:  &quot;The training an MT obtains usually entails listening to dictated recordings made by physicians and other healthcare professionals and then transcribes them, which creates medical reports that eventually become creating medical reports that eventually become part of patients’ permanent files.&quot; 

Then  it says, &quot;Your proofreading skills and correction skills must be excellent.&quot; !!!   Mine are.  
It should say &quot;transcribing&quot; not &quot;transcribed.&quot;  Then the phrase &quot;creatring medical reports that eventually become...&quot; is duplicated in the next sentence.  

You need to have a better proofreader go over your website :O)</description>
